DMBKA who are part of the Essex Network of Beekeepers aim to promote and further the craft of beekeeping.

The club meets on the third Wednesday of each month to exchange information and listen to a guest speaker.

The more experienced members share information and technique with new members which will enable them to have hands on experience leading to completing the BBKA beginner beekeeping course.

Swarms

Members of DMBKA are able to deal with swarms of bees that may appear in residents gardens in the Dengie Hundred.
