RIVER TRIPS

Evening Cruise to Ferryboat Inn, North Fambridge

The cruise takes about 45 minutes to reach the Ferryboat Inn ( menus available on the cruise) Time is allowed to sample the fine ale and evening meal before the return trip

 

Daytime Cruise to Battlesbridge

The cruise stops after about 45 minutes for coffee at North Fambridge and then continues for about another 1 hour up river to arrive at Battlesbridge for lunch at the Barge or the Granary. Why not visit the many antique shops or the garden centre before re-embarking for the trip home.

 

 

Bird watching Trips


The cruise takes about 45 minutes to reach the creeks at Foulness and Potton Islands where a leisurely hour is spend watching the many species of birds that abound in this area.

 

Trips to see the seals

The trip is about 2 miles from the mouth of the River Crouch which will take about 1 hour. About 30 minutes is spent watching the seals before the return trip. You are advised to take warm clothing as it can be cool on the River in the evenings.
